Ok so sometimes things don’t go the way you want them to the first time around. Michael picked out a BEAUTIFUL shade of green for the “Jungle” theme in Preston’s room but unfortunatly, as you can see from the pictures it was a tad overwhelming for the little man’s room. But I must reiterate, BEAUTIFUL color!! Just not for this particular project.
So, we went back to our first idea. Don’t they usually say your first guess is usually the correct one??? Haha! So…see the changes below!
**Tons and tons of love to my honey and Jenny for the hours of help to complete this project. Also can’t forget that Troy helped pick up all of Preston’s furniture from Babies R Us when it came in and Erin came over to help carry it into his room since I’ve been banned from lifting anything heavier than a Kleenex box…well not by doctors…but by everyone else. Haha!

The room looks great! The color is great too. Just an FYI – Preston wouldn’t be able to see the bright color for quite a while until his eyes develop. It seems like yesterday that I was doing this for Collin.
